Intercultural Training
Communication and behaviour are culturally influenced and therefore there is a great potential for miscommunication when we leave our accustomed cultural system. In order to succeed in business or privately, you are supposed to focus on intercultural competence, which is generally thought to require three components on the learner's side: a certain skillset, culturally sensitive knowledge, and a motivated mindset. It is no longer seen as a soft skill but is now a required skill of anyone wishing to work internationally. A lack of cultural sensitivity can lead to lost business, a failed assignment, poor client relationships, staff attrition and ultimately wasted time and investment.
